LUCAS 'WAXY' WALKER 3x3 CAMP

Lucas ‘Waxy’ Walker a local Launceston born athlete who spent 10 years in the NBL and represented Australia playing 3x3 is returning home to collaborate with Swisherr to bring you our first 3x3 skills workshop and fun game play afternoon.

Lucas is an incredible athlete and knows what it takes to make the most of the opportunities given to a player that is chasing the dream to play professionally one day.

Waxy has been a part of Boomer programs where he won a Gold Medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and other memorable achievements include: a Championship with the NBL Perth Wildcats, an NBL1 Championship and an Asia Cup 3x3 Gold Medal.

Swisherr is excited to bring Lucas home to Launceston for our one-day program which will include:

10:00 – 12:00 pm – Individual and 3 x 3 skills essential to be a successful 3 x 3 Basketballer

12: 30 – 3:00 pm – Team selection and an afternoon of Fun Round Robin Games

Cost: $90 Ages: 11 - 13 and 14 - 16 What to bring: Drink bottle, Basketball, Light and Dark top or Reversibles, Lunch and snacks for the day.
