Group based program

Focused on a Speed, Power, Agility & Jumping training block of 2 x 1 hr sessions per week over 6 weeks (12 sessions in total). This is a specific and specialised program, not a generalised sports group fitness class. It is designed for you to be coached and advance your skills and knowledge in improving your Acceleration (First step take off), Speed, Agility (Change of Direction), and power (Vertical & Horizontal).

Group Profile Structure.

1. Groups will ideally be 6 with a maximum of 10.

3.  Minimum age 12 yrs.

Session Days and Times.

Mondays –      4:30pm - 5:30pm (12/13/14yo) & 5:45pm - 6:45pm (15+ yo) 

Wednesdays –     5:30pm - 6:30pm (12/13/14yo) & 6:30pm - 7:30pm (15+ yo) 

Week 1 - Sessions Monday 25th & Wednesday 27th Sep  

Week 2 - Sessions Monday 2nd & Wednesday 4th Oct  

Week 3 - Sessions Monday 9th & Wednesday 12th Oct

Week 4 - Sessions Monday 16th & Wednesday 18th Oct

Week 5 - Sessions Monday 23rd & Wednesday 25th Oct

Week 6 - Sessions Monday 30th & Wednesday 1st Nov

Investment.

$450.00 per athleet – book and pay online. This is one payment investment for the 6 week period irrespective if you miss sessions.  Make up sessions will only be done if coach is unavailable due to Health or other reasons.
